Brethren,

Thank you for selecting me your 2009 W.M. I am humble, proud, excited, and ready to get started. I know this is going to be a great year. Congratulations to all of my officers. I know they are going to support me as we move forward this year. We are going to make the craft proud to be a member of Belleview Lodge. Thanks to the P.M., the Lodge is running on all eight cylinders. My goal as Worshipful Master in 2009 is to increase members. My theme for 2009 is: TWENTY GOOD MEN BY 2010.

I know we can achieve this goal if we are all unified and share the same goal. It starts by attending meetings. If you don't know me, come meet me. Belleview Lodge is growing and changing: come be a part of it.

FROM THE WEST:

Well Brothers another year has come to a dose. My wife and I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Prosperous and Happy New Year. Worshipful Paul you did an amazing job this year. My heartfelt thanks to y@u and the rest of the craft for standing by me while I undertook the Police Academy. To WM Ted Mullins, congrats to you and your line of officers on their election and appointment. You have been an extremely valuable member of this lodge, and I am certain you will keep the traditions of this lodge strong while looking for new and improved ways to make it better. I thank all the brothers who have elected me to the position of Senior Warden. I have been a member of this fine lodge for quite some time now, although not as active as I wanted to be at times, and I believe there is a strong base of travelers to make this lodge stronger than ever. Congratulations to FLEETWOOD, "Scotty Flynn" for his election as Junior Warden. Once again thank you to all, and I look forward to working with you in 2009. With petitions going through, we will be busy with floor work and degrees. This is great!

Dear Sisters and Brothers,

Well, here we are at the end of 2008. Another year gone. At our last meeting we dished up cookies to take to our Shut-ins. Mary Moody and I distributed and visited with 12 or 13 of our older members. I really enjoyed meeting and talking with each of them.

I have tickets for our Ham Dinner. Please contact me for them. Callie Bewley, P. M., and Ruthmary Male, P. M., have tickets for the Charity Ball in February. Since we are the Host Chapter, we should have good attendance there. Contact either of these Sisters for tickets.

I want to congratulate Paul Sullivan, W. M., of Belleview Lodge for a successful year, and also Brother Ted Mullins who will be installed as W. M. on Jan. 3, 2009, at 3:00 P.M.. I hope next year is just as good for the Lodge.
